iE REG : :11/1759 -7 <br /> R E S O L TJ T _I 0 N iv O. 2920 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN <br /> PROVISIO%S OF ORDINAi CE NO. 631, BEING THE <br /> SU DIVISION ORDINANCE OF TEE OF RED J00D CITY <br /> ,TTEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 of Ordinance io. 631, being <br /> the Subdivision. Ordinance of the City of Redwood Gity, the Planning <br /> Commission has received and approved the application of Simon Peters, <br /> 4.60 Avenue Del Ora, Redwood City, California, for an exception to <br /> the provisions of Section 5.31 of said Ordinance No. 631, to allow <br /> the subdivision of the hereinafter described property into four (4) <br /> lots, three (3) of which would have a width of approximately forty - <br /> three feet (43') each instead of the required fifty feet (50'), and <br /> one of which would have a width of twenty -five feet (25') instead <br /> of the required fifty feet (50') ; and <br /> T ETEAS, the property to be subdivided consists of Lot 2, <br /> Block 24, Oak Knoll Vapor, Redwood City, California; and <br /> LTIEREAS, the Planning; Commission has found and reported to <br /> this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> which affect said property; that the exception applied for is <br /> necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial <br /> property rights of petitioners; and that the granting of said <br /> exception will not be detrimental to the public welfare or ad- <br /> versely affect other property in the neighborhood; and <br /> tia =EREA S, as a condition to the above f indin s, the P1annin_c <br /> Commission found that it would be necessary that a strip seven <br /> feet (7') in depth on the Lpland Road frontage of the parcel to <br /> be subdivided be conveyed to the City for public street purposes; <br /> NOW, TINE tE1y ORE : <br /> BE IT RESOLVED 7Y TYE COU CIL OF THE CITY OF I?ED.
