FT <br /> • REG:ye:11 /30/59 -7 <br /> • <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 2921 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT <br /> FOR THE FURNISHING OF MAPS AND AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> WHEREAS, public interest and necessity requires the acquisition <br /> of maps and aerial photographs of portions of the City of Redwood <br /> City and its adjacent areas by the City; any <br /> '!'117272,AS, it is necessary that the City Manager be authorized <br /> and empowered to contract for such maps and photographs; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> contract for the acquisition of maps and aerial photographs and <br /> supplementary material meeting the standards and specifications <br /> prescribed by the Planning Department of the City of Redwood City <br /> as set forth in that "Agreement for Aerial Photography and Map <br /> Preparation," attached hereto. <br /> ., <br />
