�� • • REG:yc :11/24/59 -7 N RESOLUTION N0. 2 9 2 7 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PRO- VISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 631, BEING THE SUB- DIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 of Ordinance No. 631, being the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has received and approved an application by Leo Cafferata, 536 Maple Street, Redwood Gity, California, and Kenneth E. Whitford, 4329 Bellingham Avenue, Studio City, California, for an exception to the provisions of Section 5.31 of said Ordinance No. 631 to allow the subdivision of the hereinafter described property into three lots, one of which would have a depth of 62.4.3 feet instead of the required ninety feet, and would have an area of 3,125 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square feet, one of which would have a depth of 75 feet instead of the required 90 feet, and would have an area of 5,073 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square feet, and one of which would meet the requirements of Section 5.31; and WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is made is all that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood 0 ity, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block 2, as shown on that certain map entitled "Re-Subdivision of Lot No. 46 Reese Subdivision of a Portion of the Redwood Farm," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on May 11, 1911 in Book 7 of Maps at Page 40; and WHEREAS, the lots which would be created by the proposed sub- division would be described as follows: PARCEL I Portion of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 2 as shown on that certain map entitled "Amended NEta Re- Subdivision of Lot No. 46 Reese Subdivision of a portion of the Redwood Farm," filed
