N2 INP O =NTS OF REGENT STREET IN THE VICINITY <br /> OF PALM AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, public interest and necessity require the extension <br /> and improvement of Regent Street in the vicinity of Palm Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with such acquisition it is necessary <br /> that appraisals be secured and the services of a right -of -way agent <br /> be obtained; and <br /> WHEREAS, D. S. Fabbro is skilled in the conduct of such <br /> appraisals and negotiations and is qualified to conduct the same <br /> for and in behalf of the City; and <br /> UNEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> D. S. Fabbro, as contractor, providing for the personal services <br /> of contractor for the abovementioned appraisals End negotiations <br /> in connection with the abovementioned extension and improvement of <br /> Regent Street in the vicinity of Palm Avenue, has been presented <br /> to and reviewed by this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Right of Way <br /> Appraisal and Acquisition" by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City and D. S. Fabbro (form dated 12/2.1/59), copy of which is <br /> presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terns <br /> and conditions the -eof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br /> is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
