:ek :9/28/59 -7 RE SOLUTI ON NO. 2878 RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCATION OF PROPOSED STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE DESIGNATED "SAN MATEO 107, REDWOOD CITY," AND WAIVING FURTHER HEARING RELATIVE TO THE LOCATION OF SUCH PROPOSED ROUTE WHEREAS, on August 28, 1959, the Division of Highways, State of California, held a public hearing in the City of Redwood City; and, WHEREAS, at the abovementioned hearing representatives of the Division of Highways, State of California, identified, described, and recommended a proposed route location for the extension of that certain proposed State Highway route designated "San Mateo 107, Redwood City," southwesterly from the existing Bayshore Freeway through the City of Redwood City; and, WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has been advised of and is familiar with the recommendation of the Division of Highways as made at said hearing with respect to said proposed route; and, WHEREAS, said Council wishes to approve and recommend the adoption of said proposed route at the location recommended by said Division at said hearing; and, WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City does not feel further hearings relative to said proposed route are necessary or desirable; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: The City of Redwood City does hereby approve, confirm, and recommend the adoption of the proposed route line location of "San Mateo 107, Redwood City," as said route line location was proposed and recommended by the Division of Highways, State of California, at the public hearing thereon in the City of Redwood City on the 28th day of August, 1959;
