• AEC :yc :8/2L!/59 -7 R E S O L U T I O N T`v O. 28 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TT CONSTRUCTION OF REDWOOD STAVE WATER TANKS FOR TOTE CROSS RESERVOIR AND THE VISTA RESERVOIR AID THE RECONSTRTTC- TION OF A TANK COVER OF THE VISTA RESERVOIR, EMERALD LAKE WATER SYSTEM OF T-IE REDWOOD CITY WATER DEPARTMENT NEAR REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, AND A:THORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS THEREFOR W,REAS, the Water Superintendent of the City of Redwood City has submitted to this `;ouncil certain plans and specifications for the construction of redwood stave water tanks for the Cross Res- ervoir and the Vista Reservoir and the reconstruction of a tank cover of the Vista Reservoir, Emerald Lake Water System of the Redwood City Water Department near Redwood City; and WuEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to ad- vertise for bids for the construction thereof; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those certain specifications, entitled "General Spec- ifications and Special Provisions for the Construction of Redwood Stave Water Tanks for the Cross Reservoir and the Vista Res- ervoir and the Reconstruction of a Tank Cover of the Vista Res- ervoir, merald Lake Water System of the Redwood City Water Department Near Redwood City, California," prepared by the Water Superintendent of the City of Redwood City and on file in the office of the Water Superintendent, are hereby approved. 2. Those certain plans, entitled "Redwood Stave Water Tanks for the Cross and Vista Reservoir Sites, Emerald Lake Water System," prepared by the Water Superintendent of the City of Redwood City and on file in the office of the tJater Superintendent, are hereby approved.
