SV~' djg-c 6/10/82 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RD-82-08 RD 82-08 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING RULES GOVERNING PREFERENCE <br /> FOR REENTRY IN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO.2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has prepared a Redevelopment Plan <br /> <br />for Redevelopment Project No. 2 (the "Project Area"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency desires, when consistent with <br /> <br />the objectives of the Redevelopment Plan, to give preference <br />to existing owners and business tenants for reentry in business <br /> <br />in the Project Area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The rules and regulations entitled: <br /> <br /> "Redwood City Redevelopment Agency Rules Governing <br /> Preference for Reentry in Business in Redevelopment <br /> Project No. 2". <br /> <br />attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and by this reference incorporated <br />herein, shall govern the reentry of owners and business tenants <br />in the Project Area. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to make said rules and regulations <br />available at the office of the City Clerk of the City of <br />Redwood City for inspection by all interested persons; and <br />further, to publish a notice of the availability thereof. <br /> <br /> ~o 82-o8 <br /> <br /> <br />
