Ti o e o . • 93S RESOLUTION NO, 985 APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM POPLAR, VIRGINIA AND JUNIPER° AVENUES WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on May 15, .1.95o . pass and adopt a resolution, No, 874 , , ordering certain work and improvements, said work and improve- ments being described and set out in Resolution of Intention No. 858 of said Council, passed and adopted on ApriLl7 said resolutions both being on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which - resolutions reference is hereby made for further particulars; and. WHEREAS said Resolution No. 874 directed the City Engin- eer of Redwood. City to make and sign the assessments to be made for the work and improvements to be done under said Resolution .of Intention No 858; and WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Redwood. City has prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of the City of Redwood City a diagram of the property affected or bene- fited by the work and improvements described in Said Resolution of intention No. 8 58 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said diagram showing each separate lot, piede or parcel of land and the dimensions of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the relative location of the same to the work proposed to be done, all withinthe limits of the assessment district set out in said. Resolution of Intention No. 858: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY 16 RE6OLVED that the diagram presented by the City Engineer for approval, as said diagram is hereinbefore described, be, and ltherety is,approved; FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he hereby is directed to certify to the date of said diaram °0 approval.
