C <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 2, 2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Claire stated that the City Charter contains some obsolete provisions and <br />the City Attorney has suggested that the election provides the mechanism to <br />present Charter amendments. He further stated that he and Vice Mayor Ira will <br />serve as the ad hoc committee and will provide information to the Council for <br />consideration of any proposed amendments. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
