P- 2122 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PORT SECURITY <br /> LIGHTING, CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) AND <br /> TRANSPORTATION WORKER IDENTIFICATION CREDENTIAL <br /> (TWIC) PROJECT AT THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS - <br /> (TENNYSON ELECTRIC, INC.) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution adopted September 8, 2010, by the <br /> Board of Port Commissioners, the Port Executive Director requested bids for the <br /> Port security lighting, closed circuit television (CCTV) and transportation worker <br /> identification credential (TWIC) project at the Port of Redwood City (the <br /> "Project "); and <br /> WHEREAS, Thirteen (13) bids were received for the performance of said <br /> work and filed with the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, Tennyson Electric, Inc. of Livermore, California, is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Board of Port <br /> Commissioners to award said bid to Tennyson Electric, Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
