RD-83-03 RD 83-03 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING 1983-84 BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33606 <br />(Community Redevelopment Law) the Redevelopment Agency must <br />adopt an annual budget; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33611 <br />(Community Redevelopment Law) the Redevelopment Agency must <br />submit to the legislative body of the community a proposed <br />budget of its administrative expenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director has submitted to this <br /> <br />Agency a proposed budget for the fiscal year 1983-84, a copy <br /> <br />of which is attached to and made a part hereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposed Budget of the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year 1983-84 is hereby <br />adopted. <br /> <br /> 2. The aforesaid Budget is hereby submitted and transmitted <br />to the City Council pursuant to the provisions of the Community <br />Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br /> RD-83-03 <br /> <br /> <br />
