RD-84-01 RD 84-01 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PERSONAL SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (MAPLE STREET MARINA PROJECT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City requires the performance of certain personal services <br />hereinafter more specifically described in the preparation of an <br />environmental impact report for the proposed Maple Street Marina <br />Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Torrey & Torrey Inc., San Francisco, California, <br /> <br />has represented to Agency that it is experienced in the <br />preparation of environmental impact reports and is willing to <br />prepare an environmental impact report for the aforementioned <br />proposed development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Agency desires to enter into an agreement whereby <br />Torrey & Torrey Inc. will furnish said personal services for the <br />benefit of Agency; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of an Environmental Impact Report" (form dated 3/12/84R) by and <br />between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and <br />Torrey and Torrey, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />
