RD-84-03 RD 84-03 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF U~l~m~ <br /> AGREEMENT OF PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH BOARDWALK <br /> VOLKSWAGEN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minute Order No. 84-85 RD, adopted May <br /> <br />21, 1984, this agency authorized negotiation of a participation <br />agreement between the agency and Boardwalk Volkswagen; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this agency an <br /> <br />agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City and Boardwalk Volkswagen, Inc., whereby Boardwalk Volkswagen <br />will participate with the agency in the redevelopment of the <br />Gateway Sub-area; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br /> <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Boardwalk Volkswagen, Inc. <br />(form date 6/05/84), a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
