RD-85-01 RD 85-01 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT (KEYSER <br /> MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agency does hereby approve an amendment to the <br />Consultant Services Agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Keyser Marston Associates, <br />Inc., for the purpose of revising the Consultant's hourly fee <br />schedule and increasing the total amount of compensation payable <br />to the Consultant under said agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
