RD-85 03 RD 85-03 ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING 1985-86 BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33606 <br /> (Community Redevelopment Law) the Redevelopment Agency must adopt <br /> an annual budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33611 <br /> (Community Redevelopment Law) the Redevelopment Agency must <br /> submit to the legislative body of the community a proposed budget <br /> of its administrative expenses; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director has submitted to this Agency <br /> a proposed budget, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br />_ part hereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The proposed Budget of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Redwood City for the fiscal year 1985-86 is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> 2. The aforesaid Budget is hereby submitted and transmitted <br /> to the City Council pursuant to the provisions of the Community <br /> Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br /> 85-03 <br /> <br /> <br />
