RD-85-05 RD 85-05 0CT 14 1985 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUB-AREA PLAN FOR A <br /> PORTION OF THE CENTRE PROJECT AREA OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> ("CENTRE AREA REVITALIZATION PLAN") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1862 adopted July 9, <br />1982, as amended, the Council of Redwood City approved and <br />adopted the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. <br />2 of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said Redevelopment Plan this Agency <br />commissioned the preparation of a plan for the purpose of <br />carrying out the Redevelopment Plan in a sub-area of the Centre <br />Project Area of said Project Area No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said sub-area plan has been presented to and <br />reviewed by this Council, acting as the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City, and this Council desires to approve <br />said sub-area plan as a guide for the implementation of the <br />Redevelopment Plan with respect to a portion of the Centre <br />Project Area; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agency hereby finds and determines that the <br /> sub-area plan hereinafter described is in conformance with the <br /> General Plan of the City of Redwood City and the Redevelopment <br /> Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 of the Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD 85-05 <br /> <br /> <br />
