RD — <br />---- - - - - -- - UJKGiAAL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE (CENTRE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA, PHASE 1 AND 2) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minute Order No. RD 86 -132, adopted <br />July 21, 1986, this Agency authorized negotiation of an exclusive <br />right to negotiate with Crow- Western Company, for redevelopment <br />of phase 1 and 2 of the Centre Sub -area; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency an <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for Exclusive Right to Negotiate <br />(Centre Redevelopment Sub -Area - Phases 1 & 2)" (Form date <br />9/8/86); and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Agency to approve said <br />Agreement, and to authorize its execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain Agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Crow- Western Company for <br />exclusive right to negotiate for redevelopment of phase 1 and 2 <br />of the Centre Sub -area, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the <br />Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement <br />for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />_R.D 8b -U3 <br />
