RD-87-01 RD 87-01 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND PUBLIC SECTOR CONSULTANTS FOR <br /> ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City requires certain consulting services to aid it in property <br />acquisition and relocation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency desires to engage Ronald C. Michaelis, <br />dba Public Sector Consultants, Los Gatos, California, to perform <br />such services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Public Sector Consultants has represented to the <br />City that it is experienced and qualified to perform the <br />abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City, and Public Sector Consultants, entitled <br />"Agreement - Acquisition and Relocation Services", a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is <br />hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
