RD-03-87 FEB 23 1987 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND C. WARREN FOX APPRAISAL SERVICES, <br /> INC., FOR CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City requires certain consulting services to aid it with <br /> redevelopment appraisals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency desires to engage C. Warren Fox <br /> Appraisal Services, Inc., Redwood City, California, to perform <br /> such services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, C. Warren Fox Appraisal Services, Inc. has <br /> represented to the Agency that it is experienced and qualified to <br /> perform the abovementioned services as further described in the <br /> <br /> proposed agreement thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Redwood City and C. Warren Fox Appraisal <br /> Services, Inc., entitled "Agreement - Appraisal Services", a copy <br /> of which is on file in the office of the Secretary for full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive <br /> Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD 87-03 <br /> <br /> <br />
