C 4 <br /> 7 <br /> RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO ASSIGNMENT OF LESSEES' <br /> INTEREST IN AND TO CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY IN <br /> THE VICINITY OF VALOTA ROAD AND COMMUNITY PARK <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 11 of that <br /> certain lease entitled "Lease Agreement - 911 Valota Road," dated <br /> June 22, 1970, by and between the City of Redwood City, as Lessor, <br /> and Dennis Peck and Anne Peck, as Lessees, request has been made <br /> for consent to assignment of the Lessees' interest therein; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to consent to said assignment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions paragraph 11 of that certain <br /> lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement - 911 Vadota Road," <br /> dated June 22, 1970, by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> as Lessor, and Dennis Peck and Anne Peck, as Lessees, consent <br /> is hereby granted to assignment of said Lessees' interest in and <br /> to said lease to Daniel Pigott, Jr. and Kathryn Pigott, as <br /> assignees - lessees. <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute a consent to said assignment upon acknowledgment of <br /> acceptance of all terms and conditions of the aforesaid lease. <br /> by the above named assignees - lessees. <br /> • <br /> * * <br />
