4 <br /> DES:em 3/12/71 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO: `� � wW 22 '71 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH MARSHALL AND STEVENS,INCORPORATED, <br /> FOR PREPARATION OF AN APPRAISAL OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL <br /> FACILITIES <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and the firm <br /> of MARSHALL AND STEVENS, INCORPORATED, for the preparation of <br /> a current, revised appraisal of certain municipal facilities <br /> for determination of insurable reproduction costs and the <br /> depreciated value of such facilities, and the preparation of <br /> inventories; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Appraisal - <br /> Services - Municipal Facilities," form dated 3/12/71, by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City and Marshall and Stevens, <br /> Incorporated, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> -. of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
