410 411 DES:yc:2 /19/71 <br /> UNiQINAL <br /> EE8 22.11 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 6! v0 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, this Council proposes to proceed with a public <br /> auction for the sale of certain City -owned personal property; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council an agreement for expert personal services for conducting <br /> said auction; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Auction Services" <br /> (form dated 2/19/71), by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> Kenneth R. Porter, copies of which agreement are on filed in the <br /> office of the City Clerk, to which copies reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
