CGM:em 2/5/71 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N fib i <br /> N O. 444s <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR THE USE OF <br /> MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOLS; AND, REPEALING RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 5690 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. All persons using any municipal swimming pool facilities <br /> shall pay the charges established herein for such use. <br /> 2. Except as hereinafter provided, the following schedule <br /> of charges for the use of municipal swimming pool facilities are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> A. Single -use Charge: <br /> Children 20 <br /> Juniors 30 <br /> Adults 40 <br /> B. Multiple -use Charge: <br /> Ten Swimming Tickets: <br /> Children $1.40 <br /> Juniors $2.50 <br /> Adults $3.50 <br /> C. Instruction Charge: <br /> Ten Lessons of One -half Hour Each: <br /> Residents $4.00 <br /> Non - residents $6.00 <br /> 3. For the purpose of paragraph 2 of this resolution the <br /> term "Junior" shall include all persons 13 years of age to 19 <br /> years of age, inclusive; the term "Children" shall include all <br /> persons 12 years of age and under; the term "Adults" shall include <br /> all persons 20 years of age and over. <br /> 4. The rates established in paragraph 2 hereof shall not <br /> apply to children 14 years of age and under on Wednesdays between <br /> the hours of 1 :00 o'clock p.m. and 4 :00 p.m. during the period <br /> commencing June 9, 1971, through September 1, 1971.
