RD-87-11 RD 87-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> WITH C. WARREN FOX APPRAISAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> City and C. Warren Fox Appraisal Services, Inc. entered into an <br /> agreement approved by Resolution No. RD 87-03 by which C. Warren <br /> Fox was to perform appraisal services for the Redevelopment <br /> Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency and C. Warren Fox desire <br /> <br /> to continue that agreement in effect and to increase the total <br /> amount of compensation payable to the Consultant under said <br /> agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The First Amendment to the Agreement between the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and C. Warren <br /> Fox Appraisal Services, Inc., entitled "Agreement - Appraisal <br /> Services", a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the Secretary, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 87-11 <br /> <br /> <br />
