• ORIGINAL RCSD Contract # FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY THIS AMENDMENT, entered into this 8th day of December, 2010, by and between the REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter called DISTRICT), a political subdivision of the State of California, and the City of Redwood City (hereinafter called CONTRACTOR), W.I•T•N•E•S•S•E•T•H WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for the CONTRACTOR to provide Supplemental extended day academic and enrichment services described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum Expectations in Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols in Attachment B at Fair Oaks, Garfield, John Gill, Hawes, Hoover, Selby Lane and Taft School in effect from July 1, 2010, for a one -year period ending June 30, 2011; and WHEREAS, on section 11 of the original Agreement, the parties agreed that the CONTRACTOR will perform all the services in this Agreement for an amount not to exceed $130,157.95, subject to the contingency provision on section 12 of the original Agreement. Requirements for the compensation for this Agreement are described in the Attachment B of the original Agreement.
