RD-87-16 AUG 24, 87 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES FOR PROPOSED TAX <br /> ALLOCATION BOND ISSUE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Redwood City and Jones Hall Hill & White <br /> for legal services relating to a proposed Tax Allocation Bond <br /> issue, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> Secretary and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive <br /> Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 87-16 <br /> <br /> <br />
