RD-88-13 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF EIR FOR EXPANDED PROJECT <br /> AREA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Planning Analysis and <br />Development (PAD, Inc.) for the preparation of an EIR in <br />connection with the proposed expansion of the Redevelopment <br />Project Area, a copy of which agreement (form dated 09/22/88), is <br />on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; <br />and the Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 88-18 <br /> <br /> <br />
