RD-89-17 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING TAX INCREMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br /> COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />Agreement Between the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo Covering <br />Tax Increment from Amendment No. 2 of Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2; <br />hereby is approved, and the Executive Director and the Secretary <br />are directed to execute and attest the agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. This Agency's approval of said agreement is based on <br />the Agency's finding, which finding is supported by the <br />substantial evidence to such effect set forth in the Report of <br />the Fiscal Review Committee to this Agency received November 13, <br />1989, which evidence is incorporated in this resolution by this <br />reference, that the provision for tax increment financing in the <br />Second Amendment will cause a financial burden or detriment to <br />the County of San Mateo and that the payments are necessary to <br />alleviate such financial burden or detriment. <br /> <br /> RD 89-17 <br /> <br /> <br />
