RD-89-16 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING RULES <br /> GOVERNING PARTICIPATION AND PREFERENCES BY PROPERTY <br /> OWNERS AND BUSINESS OCCUPANTS IN REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33339.5 of the California Community <br />Redevelopment Law (Health & Safety Code Section 33000 et.seq.) <br />provides that a redevelopment agency shall adopt and make <br />available for public inspection rules to implement the operation <br /> <br />of business re-entry preferences in connection with a <br /> <br />redevelopment plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33345 of the Community Redevelopment Law <br />provides that a redevelopment agency shall adopt and make <br />available for public inspection, rules to implement the operation <br />of owner participation in connection with a redevelopment plan. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The "Rules Governing Participation and Preferences by <br />Property Owners and Business Occupants in the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2", attached as Exhibit A and by <br />reference made a part hereof, are hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br /> 2. The attached "Rules Governing Participation and <br />Preferences by Property Owners and Business Occupants" supersede <br />the "Redwood City Redevelopment Agency Rules Governing <br />Participation by Owners in Redevelopment Project No. 2" and the <br />"Redwood City Redevelopment Agency Rules Governing Preference for <br />Reentry in Business in Redevelopment Project No. 2" adopted in <br />1982, and any amendments thereto, except with respect to that <br /> <br /> <br />
