That the following de- <br /> scribed property, (excluding present <br /> C-1 Districts) be rezoned from R-1 <br /> and R-2 Districts, as now existing, to <br /> R-3 Districts: <br /> All that property within the City <br /> Limits on Woodside Road, between <br /> Hess Road and Virginia Avenue, for <br /> a depth of two hundred sixty-seven <br /> (267) feet on both sides of Wood- <br /> side Road. <br /> De it further ordained that the City <br /> Engineer of Redwood City be, and he <br /> is, hereby ordered and directed to <br /> change the Sectional District Map in <br /> accordance with this ordinance. Said <br /> Sectional District Map being Section <br /> 4.2 of Ordinance No. 600 of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall take <br /> effect and be in force from and after <br /> thirty (30) days after its passage and <br /> adoption <br /> The above and foregoing ordinance <br /> was duly introduced by the Council <br /> of the City of Redwood City on the <br /> 28th day of February, 1949, and a pub- <br /> lic hearing thereon will be held on the <br /> 7th day of March, 1949, at 8:00 o'clock. <br /> P.M. at the Council Chambers in the' <br /> City Hall in said City, or on such <br /> other date, if any, to which thepmatter <br /> may be postponed. ■ <br /> RALPH S.
