RD-89-14 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY CONSENTING TO JOINT PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City has prepared a Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan <br /> for the Redevelopment Project No. 2; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency has submitted the proposed Second <br /> Amendment to the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> for its report and recommendation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law <br /> authorizes a joint public hearing to be held on the proposed <br /> Second Amendment before the Redevelopment Agency and the City <br /> Council. <br />-- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Redwood City as follows: <br /> 1. The Agency hereby consents to a joint public hearing on <br /> the proposed Second Amendment, and requests the City Council to <br /> call a joint public hearing of the Agency and the City Council, <br /> at such time as it may determine, in the San Mateo County Board <br /> of Supervisors Chambers to consider and act upon the proposed <br /> Second Amendment and all documents and evidence pertaining <br /> thereto. <br /> 2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall, in <br /> cooperation with the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, <br /> prepare, publish and mail such notices and documents, and do all <br /> other acts as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this <br /> resolution. ~ ~ 8 9--1 <br /> <br /> <br />
