<br /> <br /> CGM:y /5/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6894 Apr 9, 73 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR VEHICULAR PARKING PURPOSES ON <br /> CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, EDWARD A. HUME has applied for exclusive use of <br /> certain vehicular parking spaces in that certain City-owned <br /> parking lot commonly designated as the Bradford Street Parking <br /> Lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a revocable <br /> permit to said Edward A . Hume for said purposes; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain revocable permit by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Edward A. Hume, for the exclusive use of the <br /> permittee of certain vehicular parking spaces on City-owned real <br /> property, and in the form of "Exhibit A" hereof, is hereby <br /> approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> the original of said permit for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
