MSR:lt:3/29/73 <br /> 4 ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 6884 APR 2, 73 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF FOUR TRUCKS; AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of four trucks to be used for <br /> municipal purposes; and <br /> A this Council reviewed WHEREAS, t s Counci has rev e e d the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> for bids for such trucks; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications for four trucks to be used <br /> for municipal purposes, prepared by the City Manager and on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, consisting of notice of sealed <br /> bids, instructions to bidders and general conditions, specifica- <br /> tions, bid forms and agreement, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in accor- <br /> dance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set forth in the <br /> above mentioned specifications. <br />
