4110 MSR:lt:12/27/72 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTI4N NO. 6879 we 29 73 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF <br /> EAST FULLER STREET <br /> WHEREAS, there has, been presented to this City a proposal for <br /> the development and construction of certain privately-owned improve- <br /> ments upon real property abutting a portion of East Fuller Street; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said proposal is compatible with municipal goals; <br /> -and. <br /> WHEREAS, said proposal includes the utilization in part of <br /> said portion of East Fuller Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, said portion of East Fuller Street is not required <br /> for street or other municipal purposes in the City of Redwood City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> . <br /> ment providing that, in the event of vacation of said portion of <br /> East Fuller Street by the City of Redwood City, the owners of real <br /> property abutting both sides of said portion of East Fuller Street <br /> shall construct certain public improvements and perform certain <br /> other obligations; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement 6y and between the City of Redwood <br /> City and the following: STUART LEES, 1650 Borel Place, Suite 106, <br /> San Mateo, California; SAN MATEO COUNTY EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION, a <br /> California corPOration, with main offices at 541 Middlefield Road, <br /> Redwood City, California; and AMERICAN BAKERY AND CONFECTIONARY <br /> WORKERS INTERNATIONAL UNION, LOCAL NO. 24, a non-profit corporation, <br />
