CGM:lt:2/23/73 <br /> rn <br /> FEB 26, 73 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6875 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AND ADVOCATE DESIGN ASSOCIATES, INC. RELATING <br /> TO ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY <br /> CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Advocate Design <br /> Associates, Inc. have heretofore entered into an agreement dated <br /> December 8, 1970, for architectural services for a neighborhood <br /> facilities project called the Fair Oaks Community Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been recommended to this Council, based <br /> upon an analysis and review of said architectural services agree- <br /> ment that it is necessary to devise a new compensation formula in <br /> order to properly determine the compensation to be paid Architect, <br /> and that it is further necessary to design a more efficient and <br /> equitable means of paying the balance of compensation of Architect, <br /> for services rendered pursuant to the above mentioned agreement; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve and authorize an amendment of said agreement dated <br /> December 8, 1970, entitled "Amendment to Agreement" ; (form dated <br /> 2/22/73) to accomplish the above purposes; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement" <br /> (form dated 2/22/73) , by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> Advocate Design Associates, Inc. , a copy of which is presently on <br />
