RD-89-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY REFERRING PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 TO <br /> THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR REPORT ON CONFORMITY TO THE <br /> ADOPTED GENERAL PLAN, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION RD NO. <br /> 88-16 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City has prepared a Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Redwood City Redevelopment Project No. 2 ("Second <br />Amendment"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law provides <br />that the Agency shall submit the proposed Second Amendment to the <br />Planning Commission for its report on the conformity thereof to <br />the adopted General Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposed Second Amendment hereby is referred to the <br />Planning Commission for its report on the conformity thereof to <br />the adopted General Plan of the City of Redwood City, as provided <br />in Government Code Section 65402 and Health and Safety Code <br />Sections 33346 and 33352(h) <br /> <br /> 2. Resolution No. RD 88-16 referring to the Planning <br />Commission a previous draft of a second amendment to such plan, <br />is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> <br />
