C � <br />J <br />CGM: yc: 2/9/73 <br />Uiu "1 <br />FEB 12 '73 <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />N O. 6869 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTROLIERS ON MUNICIPAL <br />MARINA PARKING LOT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />revised plans and specifications for the installation of <br />electroliers on the Municipal Marina Parking Lot in the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br />for bids for the construction of said electroliers; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain revised specifications entitled "General <br />Specifications and Special Provisions for Municipal Marina Parking <br />Lot Lighting - Phase I, Redwood City, California" (dated 2/9/73), <br />and those certain revised plans entitled "Municipal Marina Parking <br />Lot Lighting - Phase I" (dated 2/9/73), prepared through the <br />office of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the installation of the above mentioned <br />electroliers in accordance with the revised plans and specifica- <br />tions therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that <br />certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned <br />specifications . <br />
