GID 1 -65 [1] <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY DETERMINING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVEN- <br />IENCE REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, IM- <br />PROVEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF A PROJECT <br />IN PROPOSED REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DIS- <br />TRICT NO. 1 -65; DESCRIBING SAID PROJECT AND STATING <br />THE GENERAL ESTIMATED COST THEREOF; DESCRIBING THE <br />BOUNDARIES OF SAID PROPOSED DISTRICT AND DESIGNAT- <br />ING IT BY NUMBER; DECLARING SAID PROPOSED DISTRICT <br />TO BE THE DISTRICT BENEFITED BY SAID PROJECT; AND <br />STATING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF OBJECTIONS <br />BY PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE FORMATION OF SAID PRO- <br />POSED DISTRICT, IN THE INCLUSION OF ANY LAND THEREIN <br />OR IN SAID PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />heretofore on March 9, 1964, duly passed its Ordinance No. 1128, <br />being the Redwood City General Improvement District Ordinance, <br />and amended said Ordinance No. 1128 by Ordinance No. 1177 duly <br />passed and adopted on January 25, 1965 (said Ordinance No. 1128 <br />as so amended being hereinafter called the "Ordinance ") and the <br />Ordinance is now in effect; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has received and examined a re- <br />port relating to a project (hereinafter described) as prepared <br />by Paul L. Adamson, Consulting Civil Engineer, dated March, 1964, <br />and a proposed boundary description and map of a proposed gen- <br />eral improvement district in which said project is proposed to <br />W <br />1 <br />
