REG:yc:12 /20/63 -7 <br /> O R D I N A N C E N 0. 1J <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 20.97 OF, AND <br /> ADDING SECTIONS 20.97, 20.97.1, 20.97.2, 20.97.3 <br /> AND 20.97.4 TO, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, RELATING TO PARKING ON WHIPPLE AVENUE AND <br /> MAKING CERTAIN OTHER NON - SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 20.97 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> City is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 2. Sections 20.97, 20.97.1, 20.97.2, 20.97.3 and <br /> 20.97.4 are hereby added to said Code to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.97 When signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, no person shall park a vehicle during the times <br /> indicated on such signs upon any of the streets specified <br /> in Sections 20.97.1 through 20.97.4, inclusive. The pro- <br /> visions of this section shall not be applicable on Saturdays, <br /> Sundays or holidays except as otherwise provided. <br /> "Section 20.97.1 Jefferson Avenue: <br /> "(a) Both sides, Franklin Street to Middlefield <br /> Road - -7 A.M. to 7 P.M. <br /> "(b) Northwest side, Franklin Street to Adams <br /> Street: <br /> "(1) From a point 160 feet northeasterly <br /> of El Camino Real to Franklin Street- - <br /> 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. or 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. <br /> "(2) From a point 160 feet northeasterly <br /> of El Camino Real to a point 155 feet <br /> southwesterly of El Camino Real- - <br /> no parking at any time <br /> "(3) From a point 155 feet southwesterly <br /> of El Camino Real to Adams Street- - <br /> 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. or 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. <br /> "(c) Southwest side, Franklin Street to Adams <br /> Street: <br /> "(1) From a point 160 feet northeasterly <br /> of El Camino Real to Franklin Street- - <br /> 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. or 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. <br />
