r II ; °111144 . *. t ) w ORDINANCE NO. iO__T_ _ ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 30.2 OF, AND ADDING SECTIONS 30.2.1, 30.2.2, 30.2.3 AND 30.2.4 TO, ORDINANCE , NRE 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ELATING TO REQUIRED PARKING SPACES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 30.2 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood g City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Sections 30.2.1, 30.2.2, 30.2.3 and 30.2.4 are hereby added to the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130, to read as follows: "Section 30.2. wired Parkin - Commercial Uses. In all districts, in connection with every use of property, there shall be provided offstreet parking spaces for auto- mobiles according to the following schedule: (a) Automobile and machinery sales and services garages: One space for each 500 square feet of floor area. "(b) One space for each administrative each 300 squarefeet1of floor area. One p "(c) Bowling alleys: Four spaces for each bowling lane plus additional spaces for other uses such as restaurants, if present, according to the requirements herein for such other uses.
