0 <br />RES0LUT1 ON N0. 1850 <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO REZONE <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 21, REDWOOD HIGHLANDS, <br />FROM R -2 TO R -1 DISTRICT. <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 600, <br />being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, the <br />Council of Redwood City hereby declares its intention to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property from R -2 to R -1 District. <br />Said property is specifically described as follows: <br />All of Lot 1 in Block 21 as shown on the <br />map of Redwood Highlands recorded in <br />Book 9 of Maps at page 7 in the office of <br />the Recorder of San Mateo County, Calif- <br />ornia, on August 20, 1913. <br />2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to for- <br />ward a copy of this resolution to the Planning Commission of <br />Redwood City. <br />
