Aids Anti - Discrimination Ordinance <br /> Vice Mayor La Berge advised she would be meeting with Supervisor Nolan <br /> and request further information regarding the need for a city ordinance <br /> when the County has already adopted one. <br /> Recommendation: Continue review of Aids Anti - Discrimination <br /> Ordinance <br /> b. Regulation of Construction Noise <br /> Councilman Bury advised the proposed ordinance was distributed to the BIA <br /> and BTC for comment, and apparently there are no strong objections. <br /> Recommendation: Introduce ordinance regulating construction noise <br /> c. Traffic Congestion Relief Measures - SCA 1 and <br /> Costa Bond Measure <br /> Recommendation: a) Support SCA 1 and the Costa Bond Measure, and <br /> b) Support designation of San Mateo County <br />
