MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> August 11, 2003 <br /> MO. 03-192 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 12, 2003 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Community Development Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Amendment to Urban Planning and Urban Design Assistance <br /> Contract for Streetscape Design Work <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 I <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 11,2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Vice Mayor Ira <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Ruskin <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard Approve the Contract Documents and award the contract <br />for Route 101/Approve amendment to Contract for Urban Planning and Urban <br />Design Assistance with Freedman, Tung & Bottomley to incorporate design of <br />Theater Way and other areas of Streetscape adjacent to the Retail/Cinema <br />Project and for continuing design review of downtown projects; an authorize <br />appropriation of $100,000 from the Redevelopment Agency's unappropriated <br />fund balance. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Vice Mayor Ira abstaining, <br />due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
