MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> July 28, 2003 <br /> MO. 03-180 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: July 29, 2003 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> City Manager Dept. <br /> Finance Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Carrington Hall Auditorium Rescue Operation (CHARO} <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.2 A <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 28, 2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Howard/Ira Adopt the proposed resolution amending the grant guidelines to <br />extend CHARO's fundraising deadline by 12 months, to June 30, 2004, by which <br />time that organization must raise $250,000.00 toward the restoration of <br />Carrington Hall, and thereby be eligible for matching City funds, and to extend <br />the deadline by which renovation construction must begin. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 14540 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 14102, GUIDELINES FOR THE <br />DISBURSEMENT OF GRANT FUNDS FOR CARRINGTON HALL RENOVATION <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
