09/10/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-37s <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING 197 WELLESLEY CRESCENT, <br />THE DANIEL R. STAFFORD HOUSE, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, AS A HISTORIC LANDMARK <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources Advisory Committee <br />presented an application, (and documents in support of said application), to the <br />Planning Commission requesting the designation of the hereinafter described <br />parcels or parts thereof as a historic landmark; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon reviewing said application <br />and documents, and upon the testimony received at its noticed public hearing <br />held upon said Committee's requested designation, has recommended that the <br />following parcel or parts thereof be designated as a historic landmark: <br />1. "The Daniel R. Stafford House" <br />Location - -197 Wellesley Crescent, Arlington neighborhood; being <br />Lot 5, Block 6, Sub A Wellesley Park RSM 4/18; APN 052 - 081 -180; <br />"R -1" (Single Family Dwelling Residential) Zoning District; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 40.7 of the Code of Redwood <br />City, a duly noticed public hearing before the City Council on the designation of <br />the above parcel as a historic landmark has been held on, September 10, 2001 <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />F:Atty2001Shared /Redwood /Council /Reso /Reso -1226 1 <br />
