P-�_ <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE <br /> IN RATES FOR CARGO TONNAGE AND MOORING, TAKING, <br /> RELEASING AND SHIFTING OF LINES (TARIFF No. 8) <br /> WHEREAS, Section 47f of the Charter of the City of Redwood City <br /> provides that it shall be the duty of the Board of Port Commissioners to fix rates, <br /> dockage, wharfage and other charges for the use and occupation of the public <br /> facilities or appliances of the Port of Redwood City, and for services rendered by <br /> said Port; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has approved a resolution adopting a schedule of <br /> tariffs and related rules and regulations for the Port of Redwood City, as <br /> amended on June 9, 2010, by Resolution No. P-2103; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to increase the rates for certain <br /> Miscellaneous Charges. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Tariff No. 8 of the Port of Redwood City, as amended June 9, 2010, is <br /> hereby amended by the adoption of the revisions to Tariff No. 8 approved by this <br /> Resolution. <br /> 2.
