OI IGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL TRAFFIC CONGESTION MITIGATION <br /> ADVISORY SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ',~"~'/day of <br />/~~1997, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and STONYBROOK <br />ASSOCIATES, INC., of Los Gato$, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires professional traffic congestion mitigation and <br />related community support advisory services for City's proposed Redwood <br />Shores Traffic Improvement District (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it is qualified and experienced to <br />furnish such services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set <br />forth; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall provide expert traffic <br />congestion mitigation and related community outreach advisory services relating <br />to the Project as described in the Scope of Work, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed hereunder by Consultant in the following <br />manner: <br /> <br /> <br />
