Councilman Bury moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, to <br /> approve the City Council Minutes of December 19, 1977 as submitted. <br /> The motion carr�ed unan�mously by voice vote. <br /> Public Hearings- Marlin Subd�vision No. 1, Lot 65, Block B- <br /> proposed vacation of easement for sanitary sewer <br /> ° ur oses and ro osed vacation of easement for <br /> pub ic utility purposes <br /> Mayor Leipzig declared open at 7:40 p.m the sub�ect public hearings. <br /> City Clerk Hildebrand reported the Affidavits of Publication of <br /> Notice of Hearing and the Affidavits of Posting for both public <br /> hearings are on file in her offtce. <br /> Mayor Leipzig calied attention to the report of the C�ty Manager <br /> , of December 8, 1977 regarding the sub�ect vacations of easement <br /> and invited anyone present who wished to speak to do so.
