RD-90-11 AUG 13 1990 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF SAN MATEO <br /> COUNTY RELATING TO AMENDMENT NO. 2 OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, the City of <br />Redwood City and the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County, <br />Concerning Amendment No. 2 of Redwood City Redevelopment Project <br />No. 2" (form dated 08/09/90R) a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the Secretary, and to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the Executive Director and the Secretary are hereby author- <br /> <br />ized and directed to execute and attest said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
