RD-90-06 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE LAW FIRM OF WILSON, MORTON & <br /> ADAMS FOR CONSULTING AND EMINENT DOMAIN SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and the law firm of Wilson, <br />Morton and Adams for consulting and eminent domain services in <br />connection with the Sequoia Station Project, a copy of which is <br />on file in the office of the Secretary for full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
